This project includes extensive assistance with the following main steps:

Drafting the lengthy online 1023 form using information supplied by you

The above list is not all inclusive. Each group is unique and will have different needs for guidance in this process. This service includes a reasonable amount of time spent answering your organizational questions and advising you on any questions/concerns you (or I) have.
 
This project is a total of $1000. I charge a $300 retainer to being the process. The remaining balance is invoiced at the end of the project.
