My Services
I offer two packages to walk you through the process of forming a nonprofit organization and applying for 501c3 status with the IRS. Both packages require your active participation in the process. Starting a nonprofit organization is not a passive activity and requires the founder(s) to learn and grow in their new role a a nonprofit director.
501c3 using the IRS 1023-EZ $400
Package includes coaching you through the following steps:

Forming a board of at least 3 unconflicted people

Writing bylaws (the governing rules for your nonprofit)

Filing Articles of Nonprofit Incorporation in your state
-
Applying for an EIN from the IRS
-
Completing an eligibility survey
-
Completing the 1023EZ together (by phone or zoom)
Includes a reasonable amount of coaching and answering questions about the formation of your new program. ​
Includes a free download link for all store documents and templates.

$100 discount if project is completed in 8 weeks or less
Package includes coaching you through the following steps:
